Optic Plate for STI Trojan

Finally decided to go red dot with my STI Trojan. Wasn’t sure which plate (type A or B) but went with the A. Brought rig to a gunsmith as I didn’t want to attempt it and messing up the gun (not made anymore). Glad I did as the plate need trimming to fit the STI. Smith said probably it was made that way to allow for a tighter fit. Works great with my new Vortex Defender XL optic.
