Can I install an optic plate on my Phoenix Redback Gen2 at home?

Yes. Remove the cover plate from the optic cut, screw the plate in and screw the red dot onto it. Put a drop of threadlocker on every screw. No milling and no gunsmith are needed.

Which red dots will fit my Phoenix Redback Gen2?

It depends on the plate you choose. The plates here take the Trijicon RMR, Shield RMSc, Leupold DPP and C-More RTS footprints. Find the footprint of your red dot in its specifications and take the plate with the same footprint.
